Order Cancellation Policy
At Cocura, we understand that circumstances may change. You can cancel your order, but this is only possible before the product has been shipped.
Important Notice
Orders can only be cancelled if the cancellation request is made before the product has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot process a cancellation request.
How to Cancel Your Order:
- Check your order status in your account under "My Orders"
- If the order status shows "Processing" or "Pending", you may request cancellation
- Contact our customer support team immediately
- Provide your order number and cancellation reason
- Once confirmed, your refund will be processed (if payment was already made)
Refund Processing Time: If you have already paid for your order, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method once the cancellation is confirmed.
Refund Policy
We take great care to ensure that all products are shipped in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged product, we are here to help.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable in the following circumstance:
- Product received in damaged condition
Steps to Request a Refund:
- Contact Customer Support Immediately: As soon as you receive a damaged product, contact our customer support team.
- Provide Photographic Evidence: You must provide clear pictures of the damaged product showing the extent of the damage. Pictures should be taken as soon as possible after delivery.
- Include Order Details: Provide your order number and a brief description of the damage.
- Wait for Review: Our team will review your request and photographic evidence within 1-2 business days.
- Refund Processing: Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Important Requirements
- Time-sensitive: You must contact customer support and provide pictures as soon as possible after product delivery. Delayed reports may not be eligible for refund.
- Clear Evidence: Photographs must clearly show the damage and the product packaging. Multiple angles may be required.
- Original Packaging: Please keep the original packaging until the refund is processed, as we may request it for verification.
Non-Refundable Situations
Please note that refunds are not applicable in the following scenarios:
- Orders cancelled after the product has been shipped
- Change of mind after receiving the product
- Products that have been used or opened (unless damaged upon arrival)
- Damage caused by customer mishandling or negligence
- Normal wear and tear
- Refund requests made more than 7 days after delivery
